The VegaFina Nicaragua Reserva Maestros is the first reserve edition release of the brand’s Nicaragua line. The particularity of this product lies in the aging of the leaves (all from Nicaragua), aged for three years before being rolled.
The Reserva Maestros is made in the Tabacalera de Garcia (Dominican Republic) in a single format, halfway between a Toro and a Corona Gorda.
The cigars are sold in 12-ct boxes in all markets where the brand is usually distributed, except the US.
The cigar is dressed in a shiny Maduro wrapper with brown reflections. To the touch, the wrapper appears slightly rough, with some veins present. The filling in some examples has some gaps, while the overall construction seems good.

VegaFina Nicaragua Reserva Maestros: intense aromas of earth and spices are perceptible in the cold draw, enriched by less marked notes of nuts.
Overall, the VegaFina Nicaragua Reserva Maestros offers a good smoke with well-defined aromas—unfortunately, the evolution and the flavor profile contracts in the last third. However, the cigar is flawless in construction and can be smoked easily, thanks to minimal strength.
