VegaFina 1998 VF44S

VegaFina 1998, the line of aged cigars from VegaFina whose name commemorates the year of creation of the brand, extends its range with two new vitolas that are added to the brand’s standard portfolio.

On the one hand is the “VF56″, a stout Robusto that measures 56 x 127 mm (5”), the thickest cigar in the line. On the other hand is the “VF44S”, the smallest cigar in the line, a cigar that measures 44 x 100 mm (3.93″). These additions will bring the line to a total of six vitolas.

Like the rest of the line, the two new sizes are made at the Tabacalera de Garcia factory in La Romana, Dominican Republic. The blend comprises an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over an Indonesian Java binder and a mix of Colombian, Dominican, and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos.

Both new sizes will be packaged in either ten or twenty-count dress boxes, with a retail price of €6.10 per cigar for the VF44S and €8.20 per cigar for the VF56. The cigars are scheduled to arrive in Spain this month, with the other markets soon following.
