Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust launched the Todos Las Dias line in 2017. A year later, they expanded the line with the Thick Lonsdale “Mas Fuerte”.
The blend for this size is, as the name says, stronger and the reason for that was due to a miscommunication during the blending phase. Although the factory asked Steve Saka repeatedly for confirmation, the realization came too late. The boxes are marked with a red “Mas Fuerte” sticker.
The cigar is dressed in a toothy and oily Maduro-colored wrapper. There are only a couple of minor veins present. The filling is uniform, and the head is finished in a pigtail.

Todos Las Dias Thick Lonsdale “Mas Fuerte”: the cold draw brings faint notes of herbs and burned wood to the palate. Some heavy smokey notes are also perceptible in the cold draw. Once lit, the cigar opens with earth and leather, with a faint pepperiness present as well.
Further into the first third, the earth and leather combo are flanked by herbs and black pepper. The smokey aroma perceived in the cold draw can also be made out. Strength is a solid medium (3/5).
The black pepper, now the prominent flavor, picks up in intensity and becomes spicier in the second third, followed by earth and leather. Wood and nut notes are added to the profile, and the strength has increased to a medium-full (4/5).
The profile becomes fuller in the last third and balsamic herbal notes are added to the mix of black pepper, earth, leather, wood and nuts. The black pepper morphs into hot spices toward the end, and the strength is full (5/5).
Overall, the Todos Las Dias Thick Lonsdale Mas Fuerte delivers what it advertises, a full-bodied and full-flavored smoke with a strength level to back it up. While being a strong cigar, it manages to build up the strength throughout the smoke but remains balanced and never overshadows the complex and deep flavor profile.
