Matt Booth, the owner of Room101, is making a Lancero a Thicc thing. The Room101 Farce Maduro line will be receiving a new size, the “Thicc Lancero”. Booth is calling the cigar a Lancero, but it lands more in the Lonsdale sizing category. But, one thing Matt Booth has done over the years is bring something fun and different to the industry. The cigar will initially be a store exclusive for The Cigar Chapel in Bend, OR, then a standard release for the rest of the retailers. The Thicc Lancero is a 42 ring gauge by 165mm (6.5″) size cigar. The Farce Maduro uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper, an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder, and a three combo filler of Connecticut broadleaf, Pennsylvania broadleaf, and Nicaraguan tobacco. The cigars are made in the Dominican Republic at the Tabacalera Willam Ventura.

The Cigar Chapel will be receiving custom boxes for the initial store release. The event will be going down on October 10th, 2021, and there will be an allotment of 101 boxes of the Thicc Lancero. Boxes will be in the 10-count format. MSRP is set at $15.50 per cigar or $155 for the box (before taxes). The 2022 release of the Thicc is still a secret.
