The Allones No. 3 was announced in 2021, but it was released in early 2023 as the new addition to the Ramon Allones portfolio after almost 50 years. It is now the fourth cigar in the brand’s core range.
The vitola is called Noblezas, a format previously only used with the Partagás Serie No. 1 Edición Limitada 2017.
The wrapper is of a Colorado shade that is smooth to the touch. Construction is good, and the filling is uniform.

Ramón Allones Allones No.3: a mix of spices and wood is revealed in the cold draw. Once lit, the cigar opens with leather, cedar wood, and white pepper.
Further into the first third, the profile is confirmed and the strength is a solid medium (3/5).
In the second third, a hazelnut aroma is added to the trio of leather, cedar wood and white pepper. The strength remains unchanged.
Coffee and vegetal hints are added to the mix, with the white pepper morphing into black pepper in the last third. The strength is still medium bodied (3/5).
Overall, the Ramón Allones Allones No.3 is not quite what you would expect from the brand in the best possible way. It is a rounder and more elegant approach to the brand’s profile, but it is just as satisfying as its other offerings.
