Drew Estate is changing up the Papas Fritas to a 25-count box. The new boxes are half of the original 50-counts. The decision was based on making the Papas Fritas more consumer accessible with the lower box count. In the press release, Drew Estate’s Founder and President, Jonathan Drew, says, “I feel good about the shift from 50- to 25-count, as it makes it a bit easier for our Liga Freaks to snap up a box all quick and easy.”
Drew Estate is ensuring that the box count is the only thing changing. The cigar is still the same blend and still comes with Drew Estate’s signature fantail. Papas Fritas is a short smoke size at 44 ring gauge by 114mm (4.5″). Available only to Drew Diplomat Program participants beginning in August 2021, Papas Fritas will have an MSRP of $5.75 a cigar, or $143.87 for the 25-count box.
