Last year, Robert Caldwell celebrate his 40th birthday with releasing a very limited edition cigar, the Long Live the King 11/07. This week, a pre-release of the new 11/07 will arrive in stores, with the rest released in November.
This year’s release will come in two blends but in the same “pregnant Toro size” (as Caldwell calls it) as last year. The cigar measures 54 x 152 mm (6″), and the blends are Honduran puros. One has a Habano Maduro wrapper, while the other one wears a Maduro Oscuro leaf with added Ligero in the blend. Both blends have been aging for three years after they were rolled at the Diadema Cigars de Honduras S.A. factory in Honduras.
The Retail price is $25 per cigar for both, and they are packaged in 10-ct boxes. Circa 225 boxes of the Habano and 325 of the Maduro will be available.
