The L’Atelier Special Selection additions are based off the original L’Atelier core sizes but get a Sancti Spiritus wrapper. Besides the wrapper, the bands will also be different for this release.
It is offered in three sizes, including the LAT56, and are packaged in 15-ct boxes.

The cigars are dressed up in an oily Colorado maduro leaf. The overall construction is good, despite the presence of a few little soft spots. The head is finished off with a pig tail.

L’Atelier LAT56 Selection Spéciale: the cold draw reveals vegetal and peppery scent. The opening is all about wood, together with some vegetal hints.

Overall, the L’Atelier LAT56 Selection Spéciale is a balanced cigar but a little bit static, especially considering the length and the smoking time.
