La Instructora Box Pressed #2: defined notes of hazelnut stand out to the nose, together witho nuances of cocoa and wood. Once lit, the base results sweet. Aromatically, the cigar is very intriguing, with notes of honey and wood followed by a background made of spice and coffee. Strength is light – medium (2/5).

The evolution, with the woody of the first part as the focal point, brings new aromas such as pepper and mineral notes. Intensity is good. Strength stays unchanged (2/5).

In the last part, the aromas do not particularly change compared to the second third, continuing with the same mineral notes and pepper, joined by earth. Strength becomes medium (3/5).

Overall, the Box Pressed #2 disappoints the expectations a bit, due to a great first third. Later on, the aromas become fewer in number and the presence of a slightly bitter note disturbs the perception to the palate. However, the cigar has an excellent balance between strength and flavors, paired with a  very good overall complexity.
