Foundation Cigar Co. presents another new line at the IPCPR, with the name The Tabernacle.
The line is made up of six vitolas:
Corona: 46 x 133mm
Double Corona: 54 x 178mm
Lancero: 40 x 178mm
Robusto: 50 x 127mm
Toro: 52 x 152mm
Torpedo: 52 x 114mm
All the cigars, except the Lancero, will be sold in boxes of 24 cigars. The Lancero, on the other hand, will be available in boxes of 12.
The Tabernacle is compost of a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, a Mexican San Andres binder and tobaccos from Honduras and Nicaragua as filler. There is also tobacco from the finca of A.J. Fernandez, also the factory responsible for the production of the Tabernacle, la Soledad, in Nicaragua, in it.
The „Chief of the Broadleafs“, how Nicolas Melillo is often referred to, doesn’t hide his love for this tobacco and says that for him its more then just a tobacco, it is something sacred.
