The Warped La Colmena Amado No.36 is a cigar made in U.S.A., in the El Titan de Bronze factory, in Miami that also produces other Warped lines: El Oso and Don Reynaldo. Cigars are packed in boxes of 10. The blend is made with an Ecuador DeFlorada wrapper, two binder leaves from Ecuador, and a filler made with Nicaraguan and Dominican tobaccos.
The cigars are well made, dressed up in a colorado wrapper leaf, smooth to the touch. Filling is homogeneous. The head is finished with a pig-tail.

Warped La Colmena Amado No.36: cedarwood and nuts are perceivable to the cold draw. The first few puffs confirm the cedarwood, now joined by nutty aromas.
The first third releases toasted aromas and nuts, with the hazelnut standing out. There are also wood and honey notes present. The strength is mild (2/5).
In the middle section, the flavor profile is confirmed, now enriched with a touch of vanilla. The strength increases a little, becoming medium-light (2.5/5).
Despite the size, which made us hope for a more pronounced evolution, the flavor profile doesn’t change. Also, the strength remains constant till the end of the smoke (2.5/5).
Overall, the Warped La Colmena Amado No.36 delivers a well balanced and harmonious smoke. That said, the intensity is rather contained, and the evolution is not that pronounced. Expectations were a little higher for this cigar since the format is very interesting.
