The cigar is dressed in a Colorado colored wrapper. It has no defects and the filling is generous and homogeneous. The only flaw was a strong scent of ammonia once the cigars were removed from the cellopahne, which forced us to wait about a month before actually testing the cigars.

Paradiso Quitessence Majestic: the cold draw reveals faint spicy hints (a mix of wild peppers), followed by less pronounced earthy nuances. The opening prsents aromas of wood resin, earth and a slight hint of nuts, hazelnut in particular.

The first third alternates earth, wood and nuts (mainly hazelnut). The smoke is straight forward and masculine, supported by a medium – full strength level (4/5).

In the second third, shows no changes in both the flavor profile, nor strength. The smoke is creamy and full, almost chewy.

In the last third, the nutty notes, which are now outlined in walnut, become more pronounced and moves to the front.

Overall, a smoke with a good aromatic intensity. The evolution is instead rather contained and, in such a generous size like this, it is not something that goes unnoticed. It lacks a change of pace.
