Zino Nicaragua Half Corona

Since Zino Nicaragua’s relaunch in 2021, Zino Cigars now introduces a new addition to its vibrant line: A pre-cut Half Corona long-filler cigar, which will join the current Zino Nicaragua line-up of Short Torpedo, Robusto, Toro, and Gordo.

“The launch of our new pre-cut Half Corona within our Zino Nicaragua line is a logical consequence of changing lifestyles and an increased demand for flexibility and convenience from our aficionados. Our target consumers value spontaneity in their on-the-go lifestyle. The pre-cut allows them to go about their day with the option of enjoying the cigar whenever and wherever they want, as no cutter is required. With this launch, we continue to expand into new distribution channels, making Zino Nicaragua widely accessible for aficionados and novices”, explains Edward Simon, CMO at Oettinger Davidoff.

Presented in a tin of five cigars, the packaging in the Zino look offers a handy and safe way to take the Half Coronas along. The Half Corona comes in a 44 x 102 mm (4″) size, and the blend consists of an Ecuadorian wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos from the Dominican Republic, Honduras, and Nicaragua.

The new Zino Half Corona will be available as of 3 August, although launch dates and availability may vary depending on the country, and the suggested retail price is €5.90 or $6.90, per cigar.
