Foundation Cigar Company will be releasing their third wrapper version of the Charter Oak line. The Charter Oak Habano joins their Connecticut Shade, and Connecticut Broadleaf lines. The Habano series will use a Habano Ecuador wrapper. With the new Habano series, owner Nicolas Melillo has added a Torpedo size (6 x 52). Torpedo boxes will be in a 50-count cabinet size. The four other sizes will still be in the standard 20 count boxes.
“I am happy to have been able to blend a beautiful Habano wrapper into an expansion of the Charter Oak line, filing the profile gap between the CT Shade and the CT Broadleaf. This is a medium-bodied, spicy blend with amazing flavor at a great value” said Melillo.
The new Charter Oak Habano should be hitting your retailers shelves in October 2020.
