Balmoral Anejo XO Nicaragua Gran Toro: well-defined aromas of earth and cocoa are perceived in the cold draw with a touch of spices.

The opening brings a relatively dense smoke to the palate, which turns out to be sapid but also slightly acidic. It is expressed with intense notes of wood and cinnamon, with more generic spicy nuances. Strength is medium (3/5).

In the central section, the sapidity becomes dominant, while the initial acidity disappears. The profile is characterized by earth and wood, alongside the unchanged spicy nuance. Strength increases, becoming medium-full (4/5).

In the last third, the cigar appears to be a long continuation of the central section because there are no changes perceptible.

Ultimately, the Balmoral Anejo XO Nicaragua Gran Toro offers a good smoke, with well-defined aromas supported by a sustained strength. It is a bit limited in terms of the evolution and richness of aromas, which for the size, make the cigar monotonous at times.
