The Asylum 13 Medulla Oblongata Maduro 652 is a cigar made in Honduras and the name chosen for this line scientifically refers to the lower part of the brain stem. Packaging is uncommon: cigars come in 50-ct boxes, containing two versions with the same blend, but one is box-pressed (called Oblongata) and the other round (called Medulla). In 2018 C.L.E. launched this Maduro version of the line.
