AJ Fernandez Enclave Connecticut Robusto

A.J. Fernandez Enclave Connecticut Robusto: the cold draw reveals aromas of hay, wood, and spices. Once lit, the cigar opens with a mix of spices, herbs, and wood.

AJ Fernandez Enclave Connecticut Robusto

The first third continues with herbal and woody flavors, followed by white pepper. Notes of hazelnut and cream are present in the background. Strength is close to medium (2.5/5).

In the second third, the smoke becomes creamier, rounding out the flavor profile (which remains unchanged) nicely. Strength reaches now a solid medium level (3/5).

There is not much changing in the last third, except for the herbal note that becomes balsamic towards the end. Strength is still medium.

Overall, the A.J. Fernandez Enclave Connecticut Robusto is a round and balanced smoke, albeit it lacks a bit in evolution. It is a bit milder than what some smokers might be used to from AJ, but it is a cigar that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
