Cavalier Genève cigars announces the release of the brand’s limited edition cigar, the LE2020. Like everything else in the world this year, the official release was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The pandemic has caused production cycle delays where the cigars are produced in Honduras. The release will ship to retailers in two waves, but international shipments have been experiencing even more delays. Shipments to Europe are being processed and will reach all importers that have pre-ordered in the upcoming weeks. Luckily the cigars are now shipping.
This years LE2020 is a 54 x 152 mm (6″) box-pressed Toro sized cigar with a first for Cavalier. For 2020, the LE will have a barber pole wrapper configuration. Cigars will come in 10-ct boxes that are all individually numbered by hand. Only 1,000 boxes have been produced for this release. Like previous years LE’s, the blend has not been disclosed by brand owner Sébastien Decoppet.
The LE2020 will be at retailers soon. Retailers preorder all cigars, so don’t hesitate if available.
