One of the characteristics of this cigar is to be wrapped in a large band, which almost totally covers the cigar itself. However once this is removed, the Aging Room Bin No1 presents another band, of smaller dimensions. The capa shows a colorado shade tone, is extremely oily and rough when touching it.
Aging Room Bin No.1: before lighting the cigar up, floral notes can be perceived. The opening delivers cocoa and white pepper notes.
The first third starts with cocoa and leather notes. In the background light mineral tastes can be perceived. Body is slightly more intense than average (3.5/5).
The second third changes into black pepper aromas, sometimes even very evidently. Cocoa is still present, and appropriately joins the spicy flavors. Body becomes medium to full (4/5).
The last segment completely changes the palette. Earthy and peppery notes are now alternating, keeping the same intensity of the previous third.
Overall a very balanced smoke. Very good intensity of the aromas and evolution, well separated per each third. Harmony is outstanding, and the after-smoke persistency is excellent.
