A new ADVentura cigar from the EL LOCO line, ADVentura EL LOCO El Huérfano (the orphan) is now available at Swiss retailers. A release on the German market will follow later on.
The Petit Corona measures 42 x 101 mm. It is ideal this cold season. The blend is unchanged compared to the previous two sizes that make up the line (La Viuda and El Viudo). It mostly uses Mexican tobaccos aged for 4-5 years are used. A Mexican Habano Criollo 98 wrapper, over a Mexican Criollo 98 binder and filler tobaccos from Mexico (Criollo 98 Seco and Ligero) and Nicaraguan (Criollo 99).
Particular for this line is the fermentation. For more than 5 months the Criollo 98 Seco was kept at a lower temperature, 35 ° instead of 42 ° C. The finished cigar rested for an additional 10 months.
ADVENTURA EL LOCO El Huérfano is available in 35 count boxes, with the particular pyramid shape (La Viuda and El Viudo have an inverted pyramid shaped box). This makes it possible to perfectly match the three boxes, with the El Huérfano box fitting in between the others. This also allows the retailer to maximize their shelf space. The price is set at CHF 8.50 per single cigar.
