Emilio Cigars is now shipping the limited edition Audiophile featured at this year’s PCA. It is crafted in Esteli, Nicaragua, at the Fabrica Oveja Negra.
Master blender and owner of BLTC and Fabrica Oveja Negra, James Brown, stated, “Following its tremendous success in 2022, Audiophile returns with boldness, earthiness, and an enticing spice-forward profile. It represents a noteworthy step up in strength from the existing portfolio. I am genuinely thrilled about this release, particularly with the addition of two new vitolas this year.”
The blend consists of an Ecuadorian Maduro wrapper over an Ecuadorian Habano binder and Nicaraguan fillers. As stated above, the Audiophile features two new sizes, bringing the total to three:
- Robusto, 52 x 127 mm (5″), $10.50 per cigar
- Short Robusto, 54 x 108 mm (4 1/4″), $10.25 per cigar
- Toro, 50 x 152 mm (6″), $11 per cigar
All sizes are sold in 20-ct boxes, limited to 200 boxes each.
