The H. Upmann Magnum 50 was released in 2008 after the enormous success of the cigar of the same name released three years earlier as a limited edition. According to the International Shape, the vitola de Galera is the Magnum 50 which would be classified as a Toro. It is sold in Slide Lid Boxes of 10 and 25 cigars, but also in 3-ct Tubo packs (presented to the public in 2009). Depending on the packaging chosen, the price fluctuates a little.
The cigar is rolled in a shiny Colorado wrapper with golden reflections. To the touch, it is silky and with only a few small veins present. The construction is good, although it is possible to find small gaps in the filler in some samples.

H. Upmann Magnum 50: intense aromas of ripe fruit are perceived in the cold draw, followed by more minor notes of wood and vanilla.
In conclusion, this H. Upmann Magnum 50 develops an interesting smoke. The aromas are well defined and recognizable, and also the strength, which grows continuously, manages to support them without overshadowing them. The evolution suffers slightly, especially between the second and last third, making the smoke at times one dimensional for a Toro size.
