The “Mañanitas” are conic-shaped cigars that one can rightfully consider “small figurados,” meaning cigars for a quick and straight smoking.
Dimensions are cepo 46 x length 100 mm. Aesthetically, they have a pleasing appearance, with wrappers of a colorado shade, sufficiently oily and quite tight. Filling appears to be correct as well.
Smoking notes.
Vegueros “Mañanitas”: the cold draw denotes rich herbal scents. The firs puffs are salty and coherently express those intense herbal notes smelled before lighting up. The first part offers an aftertaste of roasted and spicy aromas (black pepper), developing what we could describe a “creamy” smoke. The second part confirms the roasted notes and adds to them an intense aroma of walnut. Strength is medium-high (4/5) throughout the smoke. Unfortunately, one can detect annoying ammoniacal traces in these Vegueros too.
All in all, the Mañanita offers an intense and full-bodied smoke. This small cigar lasts around 30 minutes, and its medium-high strength makes it suitable for situations where time lacks but one desires a satisfying and substantial smoke.
