My Father is preparing to release a new cigar, during the IPCPR in Las Vegas, called My Father La Promesa,
La Promesa was made available in small quantities back in 2016, due to the pending new regulations from the FDA, now it will be officially available throughout the US.
My Father La Promesa will use a Ecuadorian Habano Rosado Oscuro as wrapper, while binder and fillers come from the Garcia’s farms in Nicaragua.
The new line will be distributed in 5 different sizes:
- Robusto Grande, 54 x 140 mm
- Toro, 52 x 152 mma
- Lancero, 38 x 190 mm
- Petite, 50 x 114 mm
- Corona Gorda, 48 x 140 mm
La Promesa takes its name from the promise made by Patriarch Pepin Garcia to the family, when he left Cuba in 2001, to put himself to the test and become someone in the world of cigars, honoring the family, the culture and the experience in the world of tobacco acquired over time .
My Father La Promesa is made at the My Father factory in Estelí in Nicaragua. The entire line is packaged in 20 count boxes and are sold at a price between $ 7.80 and $ 10, depending on the format chosen.
