AJ Fernandez has created a new blend: New Wolrd Puro Especial. Leading into the peculiarity behind this project: all the tobaccos used come exclusively from AJ Fernandez ‘s farms and are grown in Esteli, Nicaragua. This blend, however, isn’t a complete novelty, since it was launched last year in very small quantities under the name Habano Especial.
For the wrapper they chose a Criollo ’98. The tobaccos used have been aged between 3 to 5 years.
The launch of the cigar is imminent and will be presented in two weeks, during the IPCPR.
Available sizes will be:
- Robusto: 52 x 140 mm
- Short Churchill: 48 x 152 mm
- Toro: 52 x 165 mm
Each size will be packaged in 20 count boxes.
