The 1502 Aniversario 10 is the blend dedicated to the company’s 10th anniversary. In 2012, Enrique Sánchez started the production of these new products, calling them “1502” in homage to the year Christopher Columbus landed in Nicaragua.
To celebrate the ten years since the birth of the brand, the company released this celebratory blend that comes in a single Toro format. The blend uses Nicaraguan tobaccos for the filler, a binder grown in San Andrés, Mexico, and finished in an Ecuadorian Habano seed wrapper.
Tabacalera AJ Fernandez handled production, and they are sold in 10-ct boxes.

The cigar is dressed in a fairly oily Maduro wrapper. To the touch, the wrapper is silky smooth, with only a few small veins present—good filling and construction. The draw is slightly open.

1502 Aniversario 10: in the cold draw, scents of wood and spices are perceived, enriched by earthy nuances.

Overall, the 1502 Aniversario 10 offers well-defined aromas, supported by a strength that never overshadows them. It is balanced throughout the smoke, with well-intertwined aromas (albeit contained in number), with each third adding a new flavor to the profile.
