Partagas Mille Fleurs 1600 900 Giuseppe Mitolo

The Partagas Mille Fleurs is a Cuban Petit Corona produced since before the Revolution. However, until 2002 it was a machine-made cigar and then moved on to become an “Hecho a mano” product. It is sold in Semi Plain Box of 25 and 10 cigars and Packs of 5 pieces.

Partagas Mille Fleurs

The cigar is usually dressed in bright Colorado wrappers with brown reflections, sometimes even red. To the touch, it is quite smooth and with some evident veins present. The construction is average, and the filling is optimal.

Partagas Mille Fleurs

Partagas Mille Fleurs: there are strong earthy aromas, with less marked hints of wood and spicy nuances present in the cold draw.

Partagas Mille Fleurs

The opening brings a sapid and acidulous smoke to the palate, with some spiciness that vanishes after a few minutes. It expresses notes of wood and black pepper, enriched with a hint of coffee. Strength is medium (3/5).

In the central section, the acidic taste is accentuated, while the sapidity remains unchanged. The wood becomes even more pronounced, together with the earth, which appears in this third. A balsamic note enriches the profile. Strength remains unchanged (3/5).

In the final third, the sapidity dominates the scene. The aromas of earth and wood remain unchanged, while a walnut note of equal intensity appears. Strength remains constant (3/5).

Ultimately, the Partagas Mille Fleurs has always been considered a product for all those who wish to approach the Partagas brand. The characteristics of the brand are all there. The strength is there, but it is not too much, to the point of obscuring the aromas, while the latter are few but very intense. It lacks a bit in evolution, but there is also the size to consider. An excellent, undemanding smoke that will satisfy almost all palates.
